A few of us volunteered for your trial weight loss programme.
Many of us have been on various diets over the years â€“ Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Atkins, F Diet; the list goes on and on. We have had success but then unfortunately slipped back into our old ways and the weight piled back on, known as yo-yo dieting. Exercise regimes are also successful, but can we keep up the commitment, year in and year out?
The missing link is reprogramming our thinking. This is what you provide. You have given us tools and techniques to aid the eating and exercise regimes to make them realistic, and most importantly, sustainable.
We had six weeks of fun and were able to share quite personal aspects of our private lives. This is a credit to you and the other members of the group.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your programme to family, friends, colleagues and clients.
