This is a short note to say how much I enjoyed your recent course on assisting weight loss. It helped me to be more conscious of what food I put in my mouth and I now put more effort into preparing healthy snacks, when in the past I may have just reached for something sugary. You showed us how to ban catastrophic thoughts, so that if I go off course I can find my way back again before it's too late!
I would recommend your course to anyone who is serious about improving their eating habits.
