Having attended your weight loss course, I have learned to adjust my attitude to the way I see and feel about food.
I had strong support and encouragement from the group and I've stopped worrying about what is good and bad for me. Instead, I now have a confident mindset which keeps my relationship with food healthy.
I am now firmly on the path to a slimmer, healthier and more comfortable future.
As an added bonus, I've also lost 14lb of useless fat so far.
So, thank you Carole – you really are a star.
